DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Overview

DTube respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. DTube does not host content directly and is not responsible for user-uploaded material.

2. Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it (URL)
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing: identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction. Counter-notifications should be sent to [email protected]

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
