What do I eat in a day : Vegan Diet / Plant Based
Description: In this video, I share what I eat in a day. In the last few years, I have carefully observed what suits my body and then made the choice to eat what I eat in a day as a vegan. I have been vegan for more than 5 years! I have been feeling healthier day by day with vegan food. But it requires a lot of thought to make sure your body is functioning well on a vegan diet very much like any other diet! I eat plant-based food, which is more than 90% raw! I have friends who are completely raw vegan and I think it's a great diet too. Though I consume a mix of raw vegan and cooked vegan food.
I really love living in a healthy body, I believe my body is my temple. What I eat is what I put in my body and that's what I become day today. After all, you are what you eat! I love putting nutritious and healthy food in my body that comes out of compassion. I think this improves not only my health but my life in general as well. As I feel that I making good food choices.
If you don't know what a vegan diet is- being a vegan means you don't objectify animals or use them as a commodity. So a vegan would not consume any animal products neither circus nor leather. As a vegan, I only eat plant-based food, so I consume no milk, dairy, meat, or honey. I make sure all my nutrition needs are met. For B12 I drink water from the stream and well.
As I have been including more and more raw and living foods in my diet, even though doing a scheduled workout I have been able to create the abs that you see. My day is full of physical activity but there is nothing that I schedule do certainly do!
I mostly eat raw foods because they re energise me! I feel super amazing with the energy and how light it makes me feel in my body.
