How To Gain Muscle and Lose Fat
Description: Before I get really into this video I would like to say that I am not a doctor or nutritionist. I want to talk today about how to gain muscle and lose fat... like a Yeti!
Being that I am a pretty simple guy, I have found that when it comes to physical fitness it is always the simplest things that really make it happen.
Just like any other aspect of our experience (life) once we are convinced and believe something....it happens. Once we can say yes I want to gain muscle or yes I want to be less fat...change comes.
I am not the type of person to pull punches because of sensitivity. I view fat as something that is making my heart work harder, and will ultimately cause me to not live a full experience. So people believe that it is beautiful.... I don't debate what someone thinks it looks like...I talk about the real risk that it causes. I don't accept it.
When it comes to the gains and the losses.... I am simple. If you want to get bigger... You have to pick it up and put it down. Whatever "it" is, and you have to do it over and over.
If you want to lose fat, you have to learn about nutritional density. Not all foods are equal. 10,000 calories of McDonald's isn't the same as 10,000 calories of fruits and veg... It hits different.
We we overcome the part of our brain that speaks sweetly and coddles us, we might start to hear the voice that says enough is enough....
That is what is happening with me. Enough is enough. I want the gains. I also want to get rid of the fat hanging off of me. I can't flex or use it...it has to go.
