Description: Everyday I consume some sort of data. I read from books, articles, reports, and any other data I can find. What I have found is that there is always something twisting and changing. How do we know what to believe.

The root of what I have come to understand is that we as humans need to trust our guts and instinct. We are equipped with an ability to discern the nonsense.

A side rule of thumb. When it comes to information I try to think about the design of the info. Is something made to hurt or cause suffering or not.
