Hey everyone, Hope you are having a good day ...






Because of quarantine life and pandemic CoronaVirus, I can feel my life and some habits are changing. Normally, I don't do any physical exercise but used to walk sometimes. Nowadays I am focusing on walking every day and body movement. Also, focusing on health and eating healthy stuff to increase my immune system and many other things. Basically I am focusing on my health. Also, I have another bad habit and that is I do work continuously 1-2 hours in front of a laptop sitting without any break or movement. That's a really bad thing and every person should take 3 mins to break after 30 mins of work those who work (sitting on a chair)...

Hopefully, soon I will start leading a healthy life and continue my life with good habits.
