Top 10 FREE PRODUCTIVE Things to do during Quarantine // Covid-19 Lockdown

Many industries are affected, including the retail, transportation, travel and entertainment industry.

During these difficult times it is advised that you self quarantine, even if no sign of any illness is present.


So for that reason I have compiled a list of ten free productive things to do during the #coronavirus Pandemic. These are all things that I do myself on a regular basis. All of these things can be done even after the pandemic. The choice is yours. Here are the first 5 things:


1. Myers Briggs Personality Test


If you’re stuck and maybe #bored indoors all by yourself for a long time and you’re not used to it, #quarantine will be very difficult for you because you are likely a very social, outgoing person. In other words, you are extroverted. But if you don’t know your personality type then it will be hard to know what you want during quarantine and life in general, so it is really valuable to know your personality type.

There are tons of personality tests out there, the one I would recommend is called the ‘Myers-Briggs Type Indicator’. I have been introduced to this test a few years ago by the 2 smartest people I have ever met during my travels to 50 countries. 2. Breathing (The Wim Hof Method)

Regardless of your personality type, you will benefit from this breathing technique that I found earlier this year and have been doing ever since. You may now think that you can obviously breathe already, however this specific breathing technique by Dutch extreme athlete Wim Hof, aka The Iceman, will actually make you physically stronger and feel better. 3. Meditation (6 Phase Meditation)

Meditation is something that is becoming increasingly popular world-wide and there are so many different books, apps and videos out there that it is hard to choose the one that is best for you. I stumbled upon a meditation called the ‘6 Phase Meditation’ and I have been doing this Meditation almost every day for several years now. It is a great way to start the day. 4. Brain Training

According to an app created to monitor phone use, people generally spend an average of 3 hours and 15 minutes on their smartphone. So it makes sense to use apps that make you smarter and are basically good for you. I have been using 2 specific apps for almost a year now, both are available for android and iOS and both are free with an option to upgrade. They are called Lumosity and Elevate.


5. Read Books

For the first time in history it is possible to have access to millions of books in many places around the globe with just your smartphone or an electronic reading device, such as the Kindle. There are even tools that show you how much time you waste on social media and how many books you could read instead. I also did an experiment to see if it would be possible to read a book in one day without speed reading. Those video are also available on my channel.
