Human Knowledge and Human Reasoning God's Greatest Adversaries

The greatest adversary and the greatest enemy before God is the act of interpreting and explaining the Scriptures according to one's own preferences, one's own will, and one's own human knowledge. The Word of God is not something to be interpreted or explained through human learning or intellectual reasoning. To do so is to exalt one's own knowledge and elevate one's own opinions. The Bible is the holy Scripture of God. Interpreting God's holy Word through human scholarship alone is itself the height of pride. The truth of God is the divine power that is revealed through love. It is not merely words, theories, or knowledge produced by the human mind or intellect.
