Ugly Flags Losers

An eccentric vexillologist travels across small-town America to document the most atrocious municipal flag designs ever conceived. Along the journey, a ragtag committee of disgruntled local civic workers bands together to defend their bizarre civic emblems from public ridicule. As town council debates devolve into petty rivalries, an obsessive battle brews over town pride, bad aesthetics, and bureaucratic blunders. The quest reveals that behind every terrible banner lies a community fiercely proud of its eccentric heritage.
