10/11-12/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Met Others & Record Uniformed/Civilian Some Gangstalking PERPS

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area. I like to attend those international group forum meetings online and offline during weekends when I am not busy with other things. My time is occupied with other matters at various times. After all, I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a political party, sports entertainment arena crowd control staff, and apartment building owner landlord's kid. I also meet with some of my other government/corporation official and politician friends, and their societal factions. They want to know what their opposition corrupt official factions, and their puppets are doing at all times. My official and politician friends want to know new things from my other associates and I, from time to time. They are following the content material that goes into the global gangstalking perpetrator and collaborators collections from every city and country on Earth. There are other nice and/or nasty international groups looking at the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perps and collaborators too. My other associates and I don't like to do anything half ass. Look up those online videos by various former national intelligence agency officers, and they will tell you some of the exact same methods, tactics, and strategies, that I have told my international audiences, across all of my videos, on multiple platforms. I met various people over the the long weekend to have socializing fun and exchange various stored files with some others, at the same time. The socializing also serves as a cover story of why I was anywhere, doing whatever. Besides, the larger and noisier the crowd, the more confused the various perps and collaborators will become because they do not exactly know whose image files I gave to whom. My associates and I can get our cheap thrills from watching the various gangstalking perps and collaborators ruminating and not knowing anything concrete. We also collected their perp families, friends, acquaintances, pets, vehicles, and buildings. My/our international audiences span the entire Earth, and includes all kinds of groups and people you can think of, or at least imagine. It would take me far too long to describe them to you. I just don't have that kind of patience. Whatever, you all can remotely imagine, it is probably true and included. As I mentioned up above, my global associates and I do not like doing anything half ass like some weak losers.
