Organized harassment, gangstalking, stalking by proxy is a global corruption problem in every city and country on Earth. It is an alliance between corrupt government factions, corrupt corporate factions, organized crime groups, community watch groups, and everyday corrupt civilian collaborators inside businesses, police, fire, ambulance, military, security guard companies, and anywhere else in general society.
