10/13/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Langford Municipality Westshore Town Centre Shopping Centre Collection

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area. I do not often go to Langford Municipality Westshore Town Centre shopping centre. That is why I never fail to collection everything around that local area whenever I am in that part of the local metropolitan region. My international group associates and I are all over the Earth in various cities and countries. I/we want every uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator, along with their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buildings to feel like they are on some counter anti perp reality TV show, or mysterious game of Russian Roulette 24/7 all the time. They are really on 24 hours, 7 days per week. My international groups and the members are variously running around everything and collecting videos, photographs, and information files from everywhere else, then passing them around globally to everyone else. There are also many nice and/or nasty international organizations, their followers, and their global allies everywhere. Do any of the perps and collaborators think they would not get seen by the others? My societal factions of anti corruption government/corporation officials, and the other international group associates, know that I am a former Federal Government functionary from a government department related to national defence/national security. I have long distance infrared night vision recorders, and also have my own personal tracker, hidden camera, hidden microphone detector machine, and I also have those same spy devices myself. What do any of you think about my information gathering skill and tools? I can be wearing a wrist watch, holding a pen, adjusting my clothing button, adjusting my eye glasses, and those same common objects would be audio-visual recording anyone and everyone, anytime, anywhere. Some associates and I are not walking around to Starbuck's Coffee, Tim Horton's, wherever, and placing a porcelain statue head on a table just for fun. Those porcelain statue heads have eyes and ears inside of them. We do that on purpose, in open plain sight of staff and the general public, in front of everyone's faces. Sometimes, there are even cops and civilians inside those coffee and food places while everyone is walking back and forth in front of our statue heads, while we sit and observe the entire room. My other associates and I share all of our videos, photographs, and information files to everyone, everywhere. Those international others, can further sift our content material by other human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools, to get more information and find matching uniformed and civilian perps and collaborators.
