10/21/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Loitering Gangstalking PERPS Can't Hide Behind Night Darkness

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area. The various uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators can not use the darkness of night to hide behind. The building surveillance of whatever buiildings I am inside of, has infrared night vision capabilities. My own personal body cameras/spy cameras also has infrared night vision capabilities. I even have camera apps that can be switched between regular, night, in heat seeking camera modes. I can take day time, night time, or heat signature videos and photographs. There are also long distance audio antennae that looks like a laser gun with a microphone satellite dish that can record sounds and conversations from more than 50+ feet away. Being a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, means that I have skills and equipment that most of the population would have no clue on its usage, or that they would even exist. Most people are either lazy, ignorant, or low agency inert, or all of them. I had recent chats with some of my government/corporation official and politician friends about various stuff. I was also a former regional executive member of a former ruling political party. That means I am more high agency and less inert than most of the general population. None of them can boast about having a personal surveillance device detector machine like I can. Some of the average Joe Blows stare at me like I have some superpowers or something, and they are merely mundane people. Among the other international group associates, I am considered among some of the more capable ones. My societal factions of government/corporation official friends would concur with that assessment.
