Save states were used! The game is made by Super Game. The same company who also have made Super Boogerman, Super Lion King, Super Shinobi and a port of Earthworm Jim 2 to the NES. Now what about this Super Game game? The graphics are quite impressive for a NES bootleg pirate game. The music is also good. But the game play is awful. The CPU is cheep and very broken. The special moves sometimes work and sometime don't. In short. They focused too much on the graphics and music, and less on the game play.
