A couple, Bob and May Boyle, move into a new house in New England, which is revealed to be the former Freutstein house. Bob's research into Dr. Eric Peterson's work leads him to uncover secrets about the house and its previous inhabitants, including Dr. Freutstein and his wife. Strange occurrences and Bob's son, Bob, seeing a ghostly girl hint at a dark past connected to the house.
