7/31/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) See City Blocks Away Electronic Devices Planted All Over

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area. My other international group associates and my societal factions of government/corporation official and politicians already know that I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a political party, former sports entertainment arena crowd control staff, and apartment building owner landlord's kid. That all means that I have abilities and skills. The uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators and collaborators are the ones who are clueless enough to not know or understand anything until it is too late. It is too late when I plant my listening and watching electronic devices around a city wide block to watch whoever and whatever is travelling around me at any place and time. I can remotely connect and see everything that is going on a city block around me and then sneak around behind to whatever location. The moron gangstalking perps and collaborators are retards as I climb over fences, and go through back alleys to get behind them, beside them, in front of them, as I record and them them up closer. They are still clueless as I exchange and share videos and photographs of them, their perp families, friends, acquaintances, pets, vehicles, and buildings with the others all over the internet. There are other versions of others like me in every city and country on Earth. We are also inside various public, private, community organizations worldwide. The perps and collaborators still have barely any clue even as they all get shared to various nice and/or nasty international organizations, their global followers, and their other global allies. They do have to pay a price for working with the various factions of corrupt officials everywhere. It's not for free.
