7/21/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Gangstalk PERP Hand Signal, 1 Headlight, 1 Hubcap, Etc.

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area. The organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator hand signals, 1 headlight perp vehicles, 1 hubcap perp vehicles, and other signs of perp mind game playing are all recorded and shared globally. It does not matter if the gangstalking perps and collaborators are uniformed or civilian. They are all going to be made internet famous all over the planet in various international decentralized video and photographic collections across different countries and cities. There are other international group associates just like myself in every city and country, or facility. We cross share our collected videos and photographs in spread out batches. It would be stupid and tactically unwise to concentrate everything together in one single place. Think of it as dispersing the different cells of the same body over far and separate locations. The uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators think they are attempting mind games when they do their hand signals, driving one headlight vehicles, driving one hubcap vehicles. The perps actually make themselves look even more stupid than they already are, while we all make them internet famous to a variety of nice and/or nasty international groups, their followers, and their other international allies. We anti perps really get our jollies out of internationally humiliating, mocking, and other ways of making the perps and collaborators have a not fun and enjoyable time. We reverse their own gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator bullshit back at the various perps. If any uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator, collaborator even does anything that sticks out, like picking their noses with the wrong hand and finger, we will collect and share them all, all over the entire Earth for all to watch. We will even do their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buildings too. The scales of truth and justice must be balanced against those who are corrupt officials and their corrupt collaborator puppets. There are no such things as free lunches or free anything. Every action, lack of action, lack of indignation must come with a cost, a price they have to pay to balance those scales of truth and justice. Being all one sided is a societal travesty.
