8/11/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) I Went Different Place Exchange Digital Files With Others & You Know Nothing

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area. I went to various locations to exchange various video, photograph, and other types of information files with the others, and most of you know nothing about it. You know I met with others and exchanged our files, but you do not which files and who I was exchanging with. The mysteries of the unknown is such an excellent psychological tool. Everyone can get their imaginations to run wild with only a few scattered clues here and there. The reality of something is strong, but the perception of reality is even stronger. It is called perception management, and it is used in sales, marketing, politics, propaganda, war and peace. I just take my videos and edit out all of the actual meetings, meeting places, and the physical hand offs to each other. You don't need to see that, and it would be a tactical disadvantage to my global group associates and I to show the actual file exchanges. We want all of the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to know they have been shared and made internet famous, but we don't want them to know exactly who or whom. My international associates and I want to see all of the perps and collaborators to run away in an anxious panic trying to guess who or what is watching them in every city and country on Earth. We are also recording them as they run around all worried and clueless. It makes great further content material.
