8/9/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) My Group Associates & I Always Multi Agendas Anywhere

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area. My global group associates and I always have multiple agendas wherever we go, whoever we meet, whenever it is. It is never just about whatever appear to be doing based on surface observations and interactions. There is always a secondary or tertiary objective. I am not merely talking to people, socializing, shopping, travelling, touching my watch, eyeglasses, pens, clothing buttons, etc. There are always reasons why I am anywhere or touching any objects I have near me or on me. Most of the other Greater Victorians are inert, barely imaginative, barely have a clue, passive, low agency types, with little imagination, or sophistication. Compare the other locals to someone like me, a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a political party, former sports entertainment arena crowd control staff, and an apartment building owner landlord's kid, with government/corporation official and politician friends in the other government departments. The would be like comparing a United Nations envoy to someone who has special needs in the special education school program classes. I discussed this with some of my international group associates and my societal factions of official and politician friends. They all agree that the Dark Triad personality traits of psychopathy, narcissism, and Machiavellianism are necessary for almost all kinds of success. They all know that I scored high in the Dark Triad. Why do you suppose I understand politics, finances, global geopolitics, and the combined tools of psychological warfare, tactical thinking, strategic thinking, and goal executions, both literally and figuratively?
