7/19/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) FIFA 2026 Soccer Final, Collect Various Gangstalk PERPS

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area. Today was the FIFA 2026 Soccer final game between Spain and Argentina. There was lots of people all crowding around in various restaurants, bars, hotels, and public squares. The crowds, noise, and flashing lights provide a lot of distractions for hiding in plain sight and losing any of the tails. If anyone asks, we are actually outside watching the soccer game, eating, and drinking. The truth of something is a better cover than pretend acting that one is doing something. A few civilian gangstalking perpetrator retards were walking around doing their perp and collaborator hand signal signs like retards with low IQ. Those perps and collaborators are going to get made internet famous so that everyone else will also know they are low IQ gangstalking perp retards. Anyone connected to them and recorded will also be getting the same treatment internationally. The fire and police department vehicles were blocking the busy streets with flashing lights. That is another emergency services staged fake emergency street theatre acting show for everyone to see. You will notice that I also collected some emergency services members. That "emergency" could either be a fake pretend emergency, or some of the organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators had their enemies catch up to them, after some of my international group associates and I made them internet famous, where all kinds of nice and/or nasty international organizations, their global followers, or their global allies can look them all up. I said uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators, from every city and country, are sent into international perp collections for all to watch. Nobody knows exactly who or what is watching whom. Sooner of later, some of the other international group associates and some of my societal factions of government/corporation official and politician friends will be contacting me again, after they see all of our group videos and photographs.
