7/25/2026, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) We @ Colwood Municipality Beachlands Beach Party

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area. Today was a more eventful day than the usual days. I went to Colwood Municipalities where the Beachlands Beach Party was going on. That meant there were crowds around us, noise, flashy lights, games, live stage music, and other distractions to shield us while we hide in plain sight. Most people don't realize how crowded places are great for covers. It makes it much more difficult for others to keep their eyes on you. All it takes is a handshake, passing along a drink, handing over brochures, maps, or whatever, and you and the others exchanged your USB drives, micro SD cards, with all kinds of information on them to each other. The storage device contents will then get shared to others even farther away. While we were walking around the Beachlands, we were also recording the entire environment around us. Some of those faces and vehicles will be organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators, collaborators, Community Watch collaborators, and some of the uniforms and vehicles, are West Shore RCMP national police. Everyone gets sent off into the various global collections. While this was going on, I was in communications with some of the other international group associates, and some of my societal factions of anti corruption official and politician friends. The reason why I am good at watching and reading people, profiling people, everyone I meet, is because I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, former regional executive member of a political party, former arena sports entertainment complex crowd control staff, and apartment building owner landlord's kid. All of those roles required me stare deep into the faces of others to read them and size them up. All of those nice and/or nasty international organizations, their global followers, and their other allies are going to receive more content material to look at very soon.
